Fælledby is a new district emerging in Ørestad Nord, consisting of 3 neighborhoods with various private, public properties, as well as other important amenities to build a strong community.
Which is why they are interested in developing a neighborhood index intended to measure and benchmark the impact of community-building efforts in Fælledby and other Danish residential areas.
Their current model consists of quality of life, attachment and stability, and participation and community activity.
The index would be based on three data sources:
